Distribution If your OnStage Media for Director project does not use the embedded MPEG-1 decoder you project may be distributed royalty free. For projects that use the embedded decoder a decoder licensing fee will be due for each title prior to it's distribution. The OnStage Project Manager will assist you in setting up your project with the embedded decoder. The decoder licensing fees will be priced as follows:
Decoder licensing fees can be paid for by credit card or using TK Credits. TK Credits are a new feature of the OnStage 4 product line. We will maintain an TK Credit deposit account for each OnStage Licensee. These TK Credits can be used to pay for decoder licensing fees and title key fees. Best of all OnStage Media for Director does not require the license labels that were necessary on titles built with our previous generation of OnStage products! All Media for Director titles regardless of decoder usage must comply with the OnStage Logo Usage guidelines (details included with the OnStage installation).
