Domestic Orders (Within the United States)

Payment by Credit Card:

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  
  
• Address verification (AVS) and card verification (CVV/CVC) are required on all domestic credit card orders. When ordering, please enter credit card billing information correctly.
  
  
• For domestic credit card orders over $1,000, a credit card authorization form will be sent to you by email. The cardholder must sign the authorization form and fax it to Visible Light prior to the sales order being processed. Credit card authorizations are verified with the card issuing bank.

  Payment by Paypal:

• We accept payment via Paypal up to $1,000. When placing an order for payment by Paypal, Visible Light will send you a request for Paypal payment. You may also send the funds to our Paypal account. An order is shipped upon receipt of the funds.
  
  

Payment by Wire Transfer:

• We accept a wire transfer of funds for shipped orders (a US$20 wire transfer fee applies). When placing an order for payment by wire transfer, Visible Light will contact you with a total (including shipping) and wire transfer instructions. An order is shipped upon receipt of the funds by our bank.
  
  

Payment by Check:

• We accept bank drafts, cashiers checks, US money orders and company checks. Personal checks are accepted up to $200.

• When paying by check, an order is completed and shipped once the payment has been received and posted by our bank, usually within 48 hours of deposit.

  Payment by COD:

• We accept bank drafts, cashiers checks, US money orders and company checks for COD payments.

• A $10.00 COD payment fee will be added to all orders shipped COD.

  Payment by Purchase Order:

• Purchase orders (NET 15 or NET 30) are accepted by Visible Light with prior credit approval only, and are limited to major corporations, government agencies and organizations. Please contact our sales office for more information prior to placing your order.

International Orders (Outside the United States)

Electronically delivered software (i.e. downloaded) products -

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express up to US$200.00 with CVV/CVC verification. For larger orders, we may accept American Express with cardholder verification.
  
  
• We accept payment via Paypal up to US$200.00. When placing an order for payment by Paypal, Visible Light will contact you with a total (including shipping) and send you a request for Paypal payment. You may also send the funds to our Paypal account. An order is completed upon receipt of the funds.
  
  
• Wire Transfer is the preferred method of payment when an order is greater than US$200 (a US$20 wire transfer fee applies). When placing an order for payment by wire transfer, Visible Light will contact you with wire transfer instructions. An order is completed upon receipt of the funds by our bank.
  
  
• We do not accept payment by check, COD or purchase orders with international orders.
  
  
• The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs mandated by their government.
  
  

Shipped hardware and software products -

• For orders less than US$1000.00, we accept American Express only with cardholder verification and shipment to the billing address of the American Express card.
